It features a coaxial coarse and fine focusing knob bracket system for precise focusing.
Utilizing fluorescent staining techniques, it can unveil various cellular components, particularly exhibiting a strong specificity for the two nucleic acids-DNA and RNA-as well as acid mucopolysaccharides within cells. The large double-layer mechanical stage facilitates the movement and focusing of specimens. With an Abbe condenser and critical illumination, it is convenient for prolonged observation. This microscope is ideal for fluorescence microscopy and transmission light field observation, and has been extensively used in numerous basic theoretical research and clinical diagnostics within the medical field, including studies in histology, microbiology, parasitology, pathology, and autoimmune disease diagnosis.
